6.Check the technical condition and tightening condition of the lifting mechanism, tilting mechanism, fork frame and hydraulic transmission system

Check items at work(Internal Combustion Forklifts)
1.Check the working condition of the engine, chassis, working equipment, hydraulic system, instrumentation and signalling equipment
2.Check axle, brake drum, transmission, torque converter, gear pump and transaxle for normal temperatures
3.Check the condition and tightening of tires, steering and brakes
4.Check the glaze height and temperature of oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and whether there is any leakage of oil and water in the whole vehicle

9.The following items should be added every 40~50h of work: cleaning each air filter; cleaning the outside of the battery, checking the electrolyte level and the cleanliness and tightening of the electrode column and connecting wire；Check distributor contacts, lubricate distributor shaft and cam; check and fasten loose bolts on the outside of each component；(8) Lubricate and adjust the hoisting chain for the water pump bearing, the kingpin of the steering knuckle, the ball head pin of the horizontal and straight tie rods, the horizontal pin of the inclined oil tank, and the center pin of the triple plate.
